A Life Rooted in Movement, Creativity, and Connection

Mandy is a Body Worker, Dancer, Artist, Photographer, Writer, Master Gardener, and Teacher who has lived off the grid in Alaska since 2000, drawing inspiration from nature. Practicing yoga since age 8 and teaching since 1998, she integrates movement, breath, and awareness to guide students toward connection and balance.

  • Yoga Alliance Certified (500-hour) in Prana Flow Yoga with Shiva Rea.
  • 300-hour Soulful Wellness Guide with Shiva Rea (2021).
  • 300-hour Ayurveda Yoga Specialist Program with Maria Garre, New Mexico School of Yoga (2021).
Academic Achievements:
  • Master’s Degree in Yoga Studies and Mindfulness Education from Prescott College (2022).
  • B.A. in Contemplative Psychology with a focus in Health & Healing, Naropa Institute (1998).
